GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Bonuses issued in the Ladbrokes Casino/Games/Live Casino tab, may not be used in conjunction with other promotions. In addition, bonus and promotional offers may only be used once and are not transferable or assignable. 2. Only one bonus is awarded per person, household, shared computer or shared IP address, unless stated otherwise in the promotion offer.

3. The Wagering Requirements for all bonuses must be met within ten (10) days of bonus acceptance, as per General Terms and Conditions of each promotion.

4. If you have received a bonus previously and have not yet completed the Wagering requirements when claiming another bonus, you must be aware that you must complete the first bonus wagering requirements before starting to accumulate the wagering for the consecutive bonus. Please note that until your balance between bonuses reaches less than €1 you will be still be required to meet the bonus wagering requirements as set out by Ladbrokes Casino/Games/Live Casino or Live Casino.

5. The sum awarded for the First Bonus or first Buy-in Bonus is non-redeemable, unless stated otherwise in the supplemental Terms and Conditions.

6. Bonuses issued for gameplay on Ladbrokes Casino/Games/Live Casino is reserved for gameplay on Ladbrokes Casino/Games/Live Casino only and connate be used for gameplay on other Ladbrokes products.  In addition, gameplay on any other Ladbrokes products will not be counted towards bonus wagering requirements.

7. PLEASE NOTE: upon accepting a Casino/Games or Live Casino bonus you agree that the funds you have allocated to the bonus, and the bonus itself, is bound by wagering requirements; any attempt to withdraw/transfer these funds will result in forfeiting this bonus including all accrued winnings relating to this bonus if such requirements have not been fulfilled completely.

With the current offer, the minimum wagering requirements to be entitled to receive the possible winnings generated by the "free spin" games is equal to 10 times the winnings.

(Example: If you win 10 Euros when using a free spin, you must have wagered a total of 100 Euros to definitively receive the winnings)

 

WAGERING REQUIREMENTS

8. The Wagering Requirements for any bonus are as follows - you must wager at least twenty times (x20) your deposit amount plus your bonus amount, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant supplemental Terms and Conditions. For example, if you deposit €100  and receive a 25% bonus, you will be required to wager (€100 + €25) x 20 = €2500.

The player understands and agrees that they will only be entitled to withdraw the winnings generated from bonuses after they have met the wagering requirements for all bonuses received.

9. Not all bets will count towards the wagering requirements, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant supplemental Terms and Conditions. Please see the table below for game weight distributions for all wagering purposes.

Example 1: If you bet €100 on a Slot game, then €100 will count towards the wagering requirement.

Example 2: If you bet €100 on a Blackjack game, then €20 will count towards the wagering requirement.

10. BE ADVISED that your funds allocated to the bonus are wagered first; once fully wagered, you will start wagering your promotional bonus.

11. The Wagering Requirements for After-Wager Bonuses are as follows: you must wager an amount equal to fifty times (50x) your deposit amount unless stated otherwise in the supplemental Terms and Conditions. Once wagering Requirements are complete you will receive the bonus funds into your account as cash.

12. The Wagering Requirements for any bonus without allocated funds (i.e. Refund, Prize, Extra reward/Bonus, bonus back, tournament winnings and race winnings) are as follows - You must wager an amount equal to thirty times (30x) the Bonus awarded to you, unless stated otherwise in the supplemental Terms and Conditions.

 

FREE PLAY BONUSES (I.E. NO DEPOSIT REQUIRED)

 

13. For Registration bonuses, free spins and free bonuses which require NO deposit, note that no winnings at all may be withdrawn/transferred until you have transferred at least €20 into your Player Account. In addition, no winnings accrued in connection with any Free Bonus may be withdrawn/transferred until the wagering requirements have been met.

 

PROMOTIONAL ABUSE

14. Ladbrokes Casino/Games/Live Casino reserves the right to review transaction records and logs at any given moment, for any reason whatsoever. If, upon such a review, it appears that a customer is participating in strategies that Ladbrokes management, in its sole discretion deems to be abusive, Ladbrokes reserves the right to revoke the entitlement of such a customer to any promotion.

 

15. All withdrawals will be subject to an internal audit before being processed. Ladbrokes reserves all rights to void Bonuses or any winnings for failed audits. Player hereby consents in advance to same.

 

16. If, upon such a review, it appears that a Player(s) are participating in strategies, taking advantage of any software or system bug or failure, or participating in any form of activity that Ladbrokes, in its sole and complete discretion, deems to be abusive ('Promotion Abuse'), Ladbrokes reserves the right to revoke the entitlement of such a Player to receive or benefit from the promotion (and/or withhold the pay out of the proceeds of such abuse to the Player/s in question). Only fully settled bets (i.e. bets that result in a win or loss) will be counted towards wagering.

 

17. Among various abusive strategies and patterns we feel it is imperative to emphasize that customers cannot bet more than 30% of the bonus amount in a single bet or game round on any of Ladbrokes Casino/Games/Live Casino games for the duration of the bonus, otherwise the bonus and all associated winnings may be voided.

18. Ladbrokes may  deem a customer's behavior as "Promotion Abuse' for any of the further cases ( but not reserved only to these solely): 

 

a.       The Player is in control of or otherwise maintains more than one active Player account at the Ladbrokes (unless awarded prior approval by Ladbrokes management);

b.       If the Player provides registration information that is false or incorrect;

c.        If, intentionally or unintentionally, the Player has permitted another player to play on their personal Ladbrokes account;

d.       If, while using a Ladbrokes promotional offer, a Player utilizes a professional gambling and betting pattern (e.g. Player uses an even bet pattern while betting on roulette games)

e.        If a Player builds a balance while playing any other game or games that are not slot games and thereafter change their game play to generate wager requirements on slot games.

f.         If a Player has distributed charges for ("charged back") any of the money deposited into their Ladbrokes account or any of our partner or software supplier casinos;

 

19. Furthermore, if upon such review, the customers' practices have been deemed to be 'Promotion Abuse', Ladbrokes has the right to take the following actions, at its sole discretion, against such abusers:

 

 

a.       All winnings in any account/s belonging to such customer will be withheld and any pending bonuses will be voided.

 

b.       Abusing customer accounts may be terminated immediately.

 

c.        Customers found to be abusing promotions may be barred from receiving further promotional offers.

 

20. Ladbrokes has the right to refuse or void a bonus or winnings in the event of funds being cancelled or denied by any payment service or payment provider.

 

21. Ladbrokes is aware that some free bonus links may be posted on other sites or through forums or the information that the potential customer received may have been forwarded on to other persons who didn't receive the genuine bonus offer. If Ladbrokes determines that a specific customer did NOT receive that particular promotion as an intended exclusive targeted recipient that this promotion was sent out to, we will not honour any payout requests from the customer, even if they have met the wagering criteria.

 

22. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Ladbrokes will be final and irrevocable.

 

23. Ladbrokes management reserves the right to change or end any promotional offer at any time and without further notice.

 

24. If, while playing at Ladbrokes Casino/Games/Live Casino you win a sum regarded by Ladbrokes Management as worthy of publicity, you agree to make yourself available for any event of such nature arranged by Ladbrokes. While Ladbrokes protects all personal data entrusted to us, we reserve the right to use first names and the first initial of the last name in any Ladbrokes announcement about promotion results or on the website or lobby.

 

25. In order for us to process your withdrawal, for security we need to verify your identity. You only need to send your identifying documents to us once and it's advised to send your identifying documents before you plan to cash-out, in order to ensure a smooth and fast withdrawal process. Once the documents (in an acceptable format and detail) have been received by us it can take up to 15 business days to process them and once they have been processed you can make withdrawals from your Ladbrokes account (note that this process is a one-time process).

 

26. For withdrawals we require the following documents for verification: One government approved identity card (ID card, passport and driver's license) with a picture, as well as proof of residency such as a utility bill (which is not older than 2 months) and an Authorization form duly completed. If your deposit method was via a credit card we will require a scanned copy of the credit card (front and back) which you used.

 

27.  Please note that occasionally we may need to ask, at your sole cost, for additional documentation such as confirmation of deposits, a bank reference or notarized identifying document
